​Located in the heart of the prestigious 5th Settlement, this project involved the end-to-end design and construction of a bespoke luxury swimming pool for the El Araby Residential Compound. The feature serves as a central aesthetic focal point, blending modern geometric design with high-performance engineering to complement the compound's upscale architectural style.

​Technical Features & Execution

​1. Civil Engineering & Basin Design

​The project transitioned through rigorous structural phases to ensure long-term durability:

​Multi-Level Basin: Engineered a complex basin structure featuring an integrated Jacuzzi section, wide entry steps, and decorative stepping stones.

​Concrete & Waterproofing: The structural shell was reinforced and treated with high-grade industrial waterproofing to prevent soil saturation and maintain basin integrity.

​Testing Phase: Conducted static water pressure tests (visible in early phases) to verify seal integrity before finishing.

​2. Premium Finishing & Aesthetics

​The aesthetic choices were selected to create a vibrant, resort-like atmosphere:

​Mosaic Tile Work: Detailed application of deep blue glass mosaic tiles across the entire basin, providing a shimmering effect under sunlight.

​Marble Coping: The pool perimeter is finished with premium non-slip marble coping, seamlessly connecting the water feature to the surrounding villa terrace.

​Water Features: Integrated a triple-jet fountain system and submerged "stepping stone" pedestals for a contemporary architectural look.

​3. High-Efficiency Life Support & Filtration

​To maintain crystal-clear water quality, we installed a heavy-duty mechanical system:

​AstralPool® Victoria Plus Pumps: High-performance circulation pumps designed for silent operation and maximum flow efficiency.

​Precision Plumbing: A complex manifold of PVC pressure piping and blue-handle ball valves allows for precise control over the pool's various features (Jacuzzi, fountains, and main filtration).
