Electromechanical Contracting & Specialized Glass Installation

We completed the electromechanical works for 42 swimming pools in El Gouna. Working as the technical partner for ECIT, we handled the full engineering and installation to ensure a successful handover to Orascom Development.

Filtration & Mechanical Systems

Our team designed and installed the complete mechanical rooms for all 42 units. We scaled each system to fit the pool’s specific size, from large-capacity 1600 mm filters down to 450 mm systems for private pools.

• Custom Control Panels: We built and installed the electrical panels to automate the pumps, lighting, and water treatment.

• High-Quality Piping: We used industrial-grade materials and precision manifold layouts to ensure long-term durability and easy maintenance.

Elevated Glass Windows

A major highlight of this project was the installation of 18 glass windows for private pools on the second floor.

• Expert Sealing: We used specialized waterproofing and bonding techniques to ensure a 100% leak-proof finish between the glass and the concrete.

• Structural Safety: These windows were engineered to safely hold the water pressure at an elevated height.

• Modern Design: This feature adds a high-end, transparent look to the residential units while maintaining full structural safety.

Professional Pool Renovation: Reinforced Linear Solutions

Our high-performance reinforced membrane was the ultimate cure for aging and damaged swimming pools.after a pool cracks or tiles happened to fall, traditional patching is often a "band-aid" fix. Our Reinforced PVC Linear Application provides a permanent, flexible skin that moves with the pool, ensuring it stays water-tight for decades.

• Structural Cracking: If your pool is losing water due to ground movement, our liner bridges those gaps.

• Rough Surfaces: No more scraped knees or snagged swimsuits from old plaster or loose tiles.

• Failing Waterproofing: We replace old, porous surfaces with a 100% hermetic, non-porous membrane.

• High Maintenance: Our liners are treated to resist UV rays, chlorine, and algae growth.
